Eurogamer has posted a two-minute video (above) brimming with bugs: Tony Hawk sinks into sidewalks, flies through halfpipes, and contorts in inhuman ways. Review copies of THPS5 arrived on release day for many publications, a tactic often used to save a game's day one sales from negative coverage. Sadly, it appears Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 5 is ugly inside and out. The simple aesthetic almost seemed intentional after all, the game's marketing emphasized this entry would return the series to what people loved about the earliest games. Even after changing art styles midway through development, the latest in the skateboarding franchise looked like a touched-up version of a decades-old game. I'd suggest you get this and all other Create-a-Park achievements out of the way ASAP as there's no telling how reliable the servers are.Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 5, released today on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, never promised to be a pretty game. I shut off my xbox and then started it again and it worked perfectly. I started the game and couldn't connect to the servers. *Note* The servers for this game may be a bit spotty. You can then either go to another category and rate the first 12 parks there if they're all different, or scroll down in the category you're in and keep rating parks until you reach 25. The best way to do that is to pick a category and rate the first 12 parks there, as there are 12 displayed on screen initially for each category. If you exit the game to return to the main menu and don't have the option of rating the park, it means you've rated it before, so make sure you keep track of what you're rating. Simply repeat this 24 more times and the achievement will unlock.Īlso you cannot rate the same park twice. If you do not see this, your rating will not count. When the rating counts, after you press to go to the main menu, you'll see a prompt that says "Ratings recorded!! Returning to the Main Menu". You must like or dislike the park and choose a category, otherwise the rating won't count. If you've never played the level before, you'll have the option to "like" or "dislike" and choose a category it belongs in such as "boring", "stylish" etc.
Once it loads, press the button and go to Exit Game. From the main menu, go to Play and from here, select Player Created Levels. This is very easy to do if you're actually able to connect to the servers. To earn this achievement, you need to rate 25 Create-a-Park levels made by other players.
